PHẠM VI HOẠT ĐỘNG:  CÁC CÔNG TY CONBÁO CÁO TRỰC TIẾP CEO<ol style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">MỤC TIÊU VÀ NGUYÊN TẮC HOẠT ĐỘNG:</li></ol>Mục tiêu:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Đảm bảo hiệu quả, minh bạch và tuân thủ tài chính: Quản lý và tổ chức các hoạt động kế toán tại công ty con, đảm bảo hiệu quả, minh bạch, tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật Việt Nam </li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tối ưu hóa hiệu quả vận hành tài chính: Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa các quy trình, quy chế tài chính - kế toán để giảm thiểu sai sót, tối ưu hóa chi phí và thời gian xử lý. Áp dụng công nghệ số hóa để tăng tốc quy trình kế toán và kết nối dữ liệu với các bộ phận liên quan, góp phần vào chiến lược số hóa của tập đoàn.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Hỗ trợ chiến lược tập đoàn: Tư vấn tài chính giữa công ty con và công ty mẹ, đảm bảo sự đồng bộ trong quản lý dòng tiền, phân bổ chi phí, và hợp nhất báo cáo tài chính. </li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tăng cường kiểm soát và quản trị rủi ro:.</li></ul>Nguyên tắc hoạt động:<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Chủ động: Luôn tiên phong trong hành động, linh hoạt thích ứng với tình huống, ưu tiên tốc độ để đáp ứng các yêu cầu công việc.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Sáng tạo: Không ngừng đổi mới tư duy và phương pháp làm việc, áp dụng công nghệ hoặc giải pháp hiện đại để tạo ra giá trị tối ưu cho công ty.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Kỷ luật: Cam kết thực hiện đúng kế hoạch, đúng tiến độ, đảm bảo chất lượng, không khoan nhượng với sai sót và không biện minh cho lỗi lầm.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:'Noto Sans Symbols',sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tử tế: Minh bạch trong giao tiếp, hợp tác chặt chẽ với các bộ phận khác, đặt lợi ích của tổ chức lên hàng đầu.</li></ul>2. CHỨC NĂNG-NHIỆM VỤ<ol style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="2"> Tổ chức và quản lý hoạt động kế toán trong hệ thống các công ty con trực thuộc tập đoàn: </li></ol><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Lãnh đạo và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động kế toán tại công ty con đảm bảo hoạt động tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn kế toán và quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Phối hợp với các bộ phận trong tập đoàn để đồng bộ hóa hệ thống kế toán, giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến tài chính nội bộ.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tham gia xây dựng chiến lược tài chính dài hạn cho công ty con, đảm bảo phù hợp với định hướng chung của tập đoàn.</li></ul><ol style="" start="2"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="2">Xây dựng, tổ chức và chuẩn hóa hệ thống kế toán: </li></ol><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Xây dựng và cập nhật các quy trình, quy chế, quy định liên quan đến tài chính kế toán, bao gồm hướng dẫn ghi nhận giao dịch, quản lý tài sản, và kiểm soát nội bộ.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Đảm bảo áp dụng các chính sách, quy trình đến các bộ phận liên quan (như vận hành, bán hàng, nhân sự…)</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Giám sát việc thực thi các quy trình để tránh sai sót và đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong toàn hệ thống công ty con.</li></ul><ol style="" start="3"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="2">Áp dụng công nghệ, kỹ thuật mới trong hoạt động nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả: </li></ol><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Nghiên cứu và áp dụng các công nghệ số hóa (như phần mềm ERP, AI phân tích dữ liệu tài chính, hoặc hệ thống tự động hóa báo cáo) để tối ưu hóa quy trình kế toán.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Đảm bảo quản lý tập trung dữ liệu tài chính, kết nối thông tin với các bộ phận liên quan (như IT, quản lý dự án) để hỗ trợ chiến lược số hóa của tập đoàn trong từng giai đoạn.</li></ul><ol style="" start="4"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="2">Chịu trách nhiệm đại diện công ty giao dịch và giải trình số liệu: </li></ol><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Đại diện công ty con trong các giao dịch tài chính với cơ quan nhà nước, với các cơ quan chức năng, kiểm toán viên độc lập, hoặc cổ đông khi có yêu cầu, đảm bảo tính minh bạch và tuân thủ.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tham gia các cuộc họp với đối tác bên ngoài để bảo vệ lợi ích tài chính của công ty con.</li></ul><ol style="" start="5"><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="2">Tư vấn công tác tài chính liên quan giữa công ty con và công ty mẹ: </li></ol><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tư vấn các vấn đề tài chính liên quan đến giao dịch nội bộ giữa công ty con và công ty mẹ, như phân bổ chi phí, chuyển giá, hoặc hợp nhất báo cáo tài chính.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Phân tích và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa tài chính (ví dụ: quản lý vốn, giảm chi phí thuế) để hỗ trợ mục tiêu chung của tập đoàn.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tham gia các cuộc họp liên công ty để tư vấn về rủi ro tài chính và cơ hội đầu tư.</li></ul>3. YÊU CẦU ĐỐI VỚI ỨNG VIÊN:Học vấn và kinh nghiệm: <ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán hoặc tương đương. </li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kế toán, trong đó có 3 năm ở vị trí Kế toán trưởng hoặc tương đương.
