Trưởng phòng Quản trị Dự án chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và dẫn dắt Bộ phận Quản lý Dự án, đồng thời tiêu chuẩn hóa hoạt động quản trị dự án trong toàn Công ty. Vai trò này đảm bảo mọi dự án triển khai cho khách hàng được thực hiện nhất quán – đúng phạm vi – đúng tiến độ – đúng chất lượng – trong ngân sách, và phù hợp mục tiêu chiến lược của ELCOM.MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC: 1.1. PMO – Thiết lập & Quản trị quy trình<ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Xây dựng, cập nhật và giám sát tuân thủ Bộ Quy trình Quản lý Dự án; đảm bảo tính thống nhất trong toàn bộ hoạt động triển khai.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Chủ trì lập kế hoạch chi tiết cho dự án từ giai đoạn tiếp nhận thông tin DA/HĐ (từ Sale/Presale) đến khi nghiệm thu FAC.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Theo dõi và kiểm soát ngân sách dự án; hỗ trợ tối ưu chi phí triển khai.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Giám sát tuân thủ quy trình, kiểm soát rủi ro và đánh giá hiệu quả thực thi dự án.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Làm việc trực tiếp với nhà thầu và các đơn vị P&L để theo dõi, điều phối và kiểm soát tiến độ triển khai.</li></ul>1.2. Quản lý Danh mục Dự án (Portfolio Manager) <ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Quản lý lập kế hoạch, thứ tự ưu tiên và triển khai toàn bộ danh mục dự án triển khai của Công ty.</li></ul><ul style=""><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Giám sát tổng thể danh mục dự án (portfolio): roadmap, KPI, rủi ro, phụ thuộc, ngân sách.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Chủ trì xây dựng kế hoạch triển khai tổng thể toàn Công ty và báo cáo định kỳ tới Giám đốc Khối/BOD (weekly, monthly, milestone review).</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Điều phối, tối ưu phân bổ nguồn lực giữa các dự án.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Montserrat,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none" aria-level="1">Tổ chức các phiên họp Portfolio Review với lãnh đạo đảm bảo bám sát chiến lược công ty.</li></ul>1.3.
